Shipping
Shipping is a flat rate of $7.90 on orders up to $300.00 (orders shipped within the United States) Orders more than $300.00 will ship for free! Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation included. Orders paid by check will ship when check clears. Bonnie Hedden Designs is not responsible for orders once they are entered into the USPS system."
Refunds/Returns
Because I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, Jewelry may be returned for a refund(minus shipping)in its original condition up to seven days after receipt. A copy of the original invoice must be included.
*This policy does not extend to custom orders or jewelry purchased through other venues.
Sales Tax
All orders shipped to a Pennsylvania State address will be charged 6.0% sales tax.
Care and Cleaning
Over time, sterling silver will naturally patina. The best way to maintain a nice sheen on your jewelry is to use a polishing cloth. Dips and harsh chemicals can be damaging to some stones and pearls, and is therefore not recommended.
